Suitable if you are pregnant, this class is designed to keep you strong, active and mobile - supporting you as you prepare for birth and beyond,

A 45-minute full-body resistance workout that focuses on building strength, enhancing pelvic floor function, preserving your core, and boosting your mood and energy.

Whether you're managing pregnancy-related joint pain, or simply looking to stay fit and build strength so you can carry your baby with ease, then this class is for you.

Led by a certified prenatal strength coach who’s a new mum herself, you’ll be in safe, understanding hands every step of the way. Trainers or Grip Socks must be worn during this class.

6.30pm - 7.15pm

£11 for a session or £40 for 4 weeks

*Add 4 week active pregnancy for £40 onto your booking when you checkout, and you will get 4 classes for a discounted price. Ideally to be used for consecutive sessions, but if there are some dates you can't make then please let us know in advance by contacting us.
