Baby massage with Sarah
Classes for babies aged 4 weeks - crawling.
Baby massage encourages relaxation, helps with colic, reflux and sleep.
Our classes are small and cosy so it is a great chance to meet other mums, whilst playing with your baby, enjoying a massage and sensory play, as well as having a hot drink and biscuits.
We have parachutes, light tubes, light fans, scarfs, ribbons, ocean drums, bubbles and much more.

Baby Yoga with Sarah
Classes for babies aged 12 weeks - actively crawling.
In baby yoga, you will learn how to help your baby meet their key milestones like rolling, sitting, crawling, standing and walking.
It also helps your baby with colic, reflux, digestion and constipation.
We have some lovely calming music playing throughout the course and lots of songs and moves, as well as some sensory toys for you and your baby to enjoy. The classes also offer a lovely opportunity to meet other mums and babies in the local area in a nice cosy environment.
A hot and cold drink and biscuits are provided.

Baby gym
A chance for your baby to move, stand, climb on all our fun equipment. Each week, your baby will get to explore our climbing frame, climb through our tunnels, help to jump on our stepping stones, whilst doing some yoga moves and playing at the same time.
We will have a welcome song, warm up, parachute games, toys to play with and bubbles each week.
There will also be chance to chat with other mums and babies at the end of our sessions.
A hot drink and biscuits will be provided.

Baby Development and Sensory with Laura
Come and join Laura's Little Lambs with her wonderful baby development and sensory play.
Want to know what leap your baby is going through, what they should be doing each week, whilst enjoying lots of stimulation, exploration and fun with sensory, then this is the course for you.
We offer small cosy classes with a drink and biscuits provided so that you can chat with other mums, and so Laura can support you with your baby's development.
The courses are also only 4 weeks so you don't have to sign up for lots of classes.

Mum and Me Zumba with Iryna
Are you a mum and looking to get fit but unable to find childcare?
Them mums Zumba is the perfect solution.
Join the party with like minded mums who want to exercise and get fit.
We dance for 40 minutes and follow up with 20 minutes of mum chatter with a drink and biscuits along with some toys for babies / kids,
These classes are perfect for mums with children aged 0-2.
If you have a small baby and would like to wear baby for the routine then feel free to bring a carrier.
Maximum group of 10 mums / caregivers and babies.
Due to space it is recommended that prams are not brought to the class, unless necessary.

Great for antenatal group parties / get togethers / babies 1st birthday
The Den is available for hire mainly on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am - 6pm
Suitable for events of around 40-45 people
There is the use of:
6 tables and 20 chairs,
6 high chairs and trays
microwave, kettle, hot water urns, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and
20 mugs, glasses, small and large plates and cutlery,
a disabled and baby change toilet.
There are 3 parking spaces that could be used at the weekend and then parking on Wickenden Road, St James public car parking, and Swaffield Road.
You would pay a deposit of £50 to reserve the space and then pay the full amount a week before the event.
The deposit will be refunded subject to any damages.
No bouncy castles.
