Suitable for mums after 8 week doctors sign off or 12 weeks after a c-section, babies up to pre-crawling.

All equipment is provided, although it is recommended to bring a playmat for your little one.

Resistance Band Fitness workout classes with Holly


A resistance band workout, which uses elastic bands of varying resistance levels to target specific muscle groups.

These workouts are ideal for building strength, improving flexibility, enhancing endurance, and rehabilitating injuries, and incorporate squats and lunges for the glutes and legs, floor work for glutes, planks, abs and much more.
