Pregnancy Yoga
A lovely gentle pre-natal yoga suitable from 14 weeks pregnant and adapted to your needs.
It will help strengthen and prepare your body for birth, as well as provide a lovely opportunity to meet other mums to be.
Whilst having fun, you will learn how to:
-explore yoga positions that are appropriate and comfortable for you,
-release your body from aches and pains experienced during pregnancy,
-keep yourself fit and healthy,
- be supported by an experienced teacher
- use breathing techniques properly,
- and
have some wonderful relaxation and remove any stresses.
Sessions are running on:
Thursdays
@ 6.30pm - 7.30pm
£13 per session or £48 for 4 sessions*
*Add £48 for 4 sessions onto your booking when you checkout, and you will get 4 classes for a discounted price. Ideally to be used for consecutive sessions, but if there are some dates you can't make then please let us know in advance by contacting us.
