I'm Sarah and live in Sevenoaks and am the founder of the Wise Hippo Kent and Surrey. I have three beautiful children born using the Wise Hippo hypnobirthing and antenatal programme.

Having had a caesarean, vaginal births and dealing with baby loss, I can teach you how to overcome your fears and have a wonderful birth experience, as I have done it myself. I offer group hypnobirthing classes in Sevenoaks, and private one to ones in Kent, Surrey, London and Essex, where I will come to you. I also offer online classes. My hypnobirthing and antenatal group courses are 4 * 2-hour classes, although I have lots of other options available, that may be better for you.

I also teach baby massage over 4 sessions, which provides a lovely opportunity to continue the bond with your baby, whilst relaxing and meeting other mums with a cup of tea.
