Dates of Wise Hippo antenatal and hypnobirthing group courses 
(Held in Sevenoaks)

In my group courses, we cover all tools and techniques to help with anxiety around pregnancy, labour and birth.

As part of the course, you will get either 8 or 4 hours of hypnobirthing and antenatal education with a lovely handbook and online flipbook with practice diary , 12 beautiful downloadable relaxation MP3s , over 100 videos in the inspiring video library, ongoing support, advice and guidance from me up to and beyond your birth, as well as much more.

It is also a great opportunity for you to meet other expectant mums and their birth partners, and you can be included in an optional Whataspp to share stories, advice and support each other. Refreshments are also provided. There is a maximum of 5 couples per course.
